Our Mission Statement at Devereux & Co is a simple one; the concept of 'Taking Care of Business'.

The concept has two applications. Firstly, it refers to our central policy of Client Care, and secondly, our aim of providing a fast and efficient service; we take care of all business matters for you, so your business can reach its full potential.

The cornerstones of our strategy for Devereux & Co, or DEVCO for short are -

• Dynamic. We pride ourselves on being a pro-active and forward thinking practice, and our aim is to use our considerable experience and expertise to develop your business.
   
• Efficient. As 'Taking Care of Business' implies, we get the job done. We aim to provide a fast and efficient service, with a quick turn around of work, to provide you with your accounts as soon as possible.
   
• Value. We understand that our fees are a cost to your business, and therefore we must offer exceptional value in return.
   
• Care. 'Taking Care of Business' also refers to our central policy of Client Care, in which the needs of our clients is paramount. We take a genuine interest in our clients' businesses, and aim to become a vital part of their management team.
   
• Organic growth. As a practice, we have grown steadily and organically, maintaining the highest client retention rates. This method of growth has enabled us to retain our professional integrity, and avoid compromising our high standards.
